Through the eyes of 10-year-old Benjamin Giroux, being odd is different, and different is a good thing. This is what the then fifth-grader hoped to convey in his poem, beginning every few sentences with "I am,” about what it is like to live with autism. Inspired by a school assignment, Benjamin’s raw and emotional words poured out onto the page, but when he feared they were not any good, his parents shared the poem with friends and family. Little did they know that it would go viral and end up inspiring thousands of strangers who identified with him to share their support. Now for the first time, Benjamin’s iconic poem "I Am Odd, I Am New," comes to life in this lovingly illustrated picture book with a foreword written by the National Autism Association. We ship all orders from our store location in Billings, MT unless it is a drop ship item, then it will come from the brands warehouse and shipping times will vary. We try to ship within 24 hours of order placed, and a lot of times sooner than that. You are welcome to specify how you would like something shipped and/or pay to use another carrier.
Pre Ordered items ship the day they are received and/or processed in store and you will receive tracking as soon as we ship the items out. We will not split orders unless specified in correspondence with Bumps N Bundles.
Bumps N Bundles is not responsible for package deliveries affected by an invalid or old address provided by the customer, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation delays or strikes, customs, carrier delays of any kind or transfers from our U.S. carrier to the local carrier in the destination country. Once the package is in the hands of the carrier it is not our responsibility to ensure the package arrives to you as this is out of our control. You are welcome to purchase Route Protection on your order and file a claim with them if the package does not arrive within your expected delivery time.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. The tracking number for orders within the U.S. will include an estimated delivery day as soon as the package is picked up by the carrier.
If you're missing items or shipments or if you have any concerns about the products you received, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Please make certain to ship to a secure location as we will not process refunds or re-ship orders once the tracking shows delivery confirmation.

An item may be returned if it is sent back:
● unworn
● unwashed
● with original tags and packaging intact
● free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage
All sale items are final sale!
All opened boxes containing gear (car seats, strollers, carriers, etc.) are also final sale!
The package must be back to us within fourteen days of delivery in order to receive a refund or exchange.
No refunds or exchanges will be accepted after 14 days.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Bumps N Bundles is not responsible for untraceable or lost return shipments. Some gear (car seats, strollers, carriers, etc.) may be subject to a restocking fee.
Proof of purchase is required for any form of refund or credit.
