While designing this season, more than ever the meaning of comfort was close to heart. In a time that feels unprecedented to the outer-world, we turn within, to the people and things that bring us happiness. For me, that is being with my family as we celebrate moments of joy found in each new day.
This feeling inspired me to look closer to this idea of home as we pay homage to old traditions and create new ones together. A place filled with delight and warmth. Where you can cozy up in your favorite sweater next to the fireplace as the magic of winter greets the great outdoors, ready to be explored. As adventure can be found around every corner.

We ship all orders from our store location in Billings, MT unless it is a drop ship item, then it will come from the brands warehouse and shipping times will vary. We try to ship within 24 hours of order placed, and a lot of times sooner than that. You are welcome to specify how you would like something shipped and/or pay to use another carrier.
Pre Ordered items ship the day they are received and/or processed in store and you will receive tracking as soon as we ship the items out. We will not split orders unless specified in correspondence with Bumps N Bundles.
Bumps N Bundles is not responsible for package deliveries affected by an invalid or old address provided by the customer, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation delays or strikes, customs, carrier delays of any kind or transfers from our U.S. carrier to the local carrier in the destination country. Once the package is in the hands of the carrier it is not our responsibility to ensure the package arrives to you as this is out of our control. You are welcome to purchase Route Protection on your order and file a claim with them if the package does not arrive within your expected delivery time.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. The tracking number for orders within the U.S. will include an estimated delivery day as soon as the package is picked up by the carrier.
If you're missing items or shipments or if you have any concerns about the products you received, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Please make certain to ship to a secure location as we will not process refunds or re-ship orders once the tracking shows delivery confirmation.

An item may be returned if it is sent back:
● unworn
● unwashed
● with original tags and packaging intact
● free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage
All sale items are final sale!
All opened boxes containing gear (car seats, strollers, carriers, etc.) are also final sale!
The package must be back to us within fourteen days of delivery in order to receive a refund or exchange.
No refunds or exchanges will be accepted after 14 days.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Bumps N Bundles is not responsible for untraceable or lost return shipments. Some gear (car seats, strollers, carriers, etc.) may be subject to a restocking fee.
Proof of purchase is required for any form of refund or credit.
