Mother Heloise is the lead singer of the family's band called "Sonic Six". She comes up with the lyrics of all the songs they perform at local fairs and shows. Her voice is so beautiful that when she sings, everyone stops talking just to hear her! Heloise also enjoys cooking with ingredients from the forest. She is famous for her mushroom pie! Father Harold runs the Calico Village Post Office and makes sure everyone gets their mail from all their friends and family. He also plays the drums in the family's band, and he loves creating new beats and sounds. He would play the drums all night if Mother Heloise wouldn't remind him to go to bed! Brother Harry loves playing the piano in the family's band. He often composes music with cool riffs and amazing chords. He especially likes playing pop or jazz music. If he isn't playing his piano, you will find him in the great outdoors. Fishing, climbing and running are his favorite pastimes. Sister Haley plays the recorder and tambourine in the family's band. She's a great entertainer and dances around the stage in the middle of their performances. Haley also likes playing outside with her brother and collects the leaves, stones and acorns that she finds in the woods.

Shipping information
We ship all orders from our store location in Billings, MT unless it is a drop ship item, then it will come from the brands warehouse and shipping times will vary. We try to ship within 24 hours of order placed, and a lot of times sooner than that. You are welcome to specify how you would like something shipped and/or pay to use another carrier.
Pre-ordered items ship the day they are received and/or processed in store and you will receive tracking as soon as we ship the items out. We will not split orders unless specified in correspondence with Bumps N Bundles. Pre-ordered items are all final sale.
Bumps N Bundles is not responsible for package deliveries affected by an invalid or old address provided by the customer, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation delays or strikes, customs, carrier delays of any kind or transfers from our U.S. carrier to the local carrier in the destination country. Once the package is in the hands of the carrier it is not our responsibility to ensure the package arrives to you as this is out of our control. You are welcome to purchase Route Protection on your order and file a claim with them if the package does not arrive within your expected delivery time.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. The tracking number for orders within the U.S. will include an estimated delivery day as soon as the package is picked up by the carrier.
If you're missing items or shipments or if you have any concerns about the products you received, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Please make certain to ship to a secure location as we will not process refunds or re-ship orders once the tracking shows delivery confirmation.

An item may be returned if it is sent back:
● unworn
● unwashed
● with original tags and packaging intact
● free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage
All sale items are final sale!
All opened boxes containing gear (car seats, strollers, carriers, etc.) are also final sale!
All items that have been special ordered are final sale!
The package must be back to us within fourteen days of delivery in order to receive a refund or exchange.
No refunds or exchanges will be accepted after 14 days.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Bumps N Bundles is not responsible for untraceable or lost return shipments. Some gear (car seats, strollers, carriers, etc.) may be subject to a restocking fee, but if we have special ordered these items they are then final sale. Most of our gear is drop shipped or special ordered from the manufacturer and once it is ordered we cannot refund the item.
Proof of purchase is required for any form of refund or credit.
